All classes are open to all levels of yogis and will offer modifications for making postures easier or more challenging. We encourage you to speak with your instructor and ask questions before or after class. Most importantly, you must listen to the teacher within yourself and listen to your body.
Bilingual Yin and Restore –Ease into your evening with slow mindful movement, to later transition into cozy longer holds meant to restore our mind, body and heart. Class will be taught in both English and Spanish.

Flow & Restore – This class begins with an all levels flow to bring warmth, breath and awareness to the body. Then, we transition to a deep and soothing practice where postures are held in a passive and longer fashion. The extended period of time spent in each posture gives the muscles, connective tissues, joints, ligaments time to relax and elongate reaching a new level of circulation, flexibility and openness.
Gentle Yoga – In this class, you will be guided through poses with a focus on alignment, strength, stability, and flexibility while tuning in to your mind-body connection. We will take the time to connect with our bodies at a steady pace to create a practice that serves us both on and off our mats. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned yogis alike!
Restorative Yoga w/Reiki – Come restore and receive an extra gift of reiki. We will relax with a wonderful restorative class that feels like a warm hug. During class, each student will receive a mini reiki session complete with the added benefits of stones and aromatherapy. Start your weekend fully restored and transformed.
Rise & Shine Yin/Vin – Ease into your morning with 20 minutes of long, slow stretches, and move into 20 minutes of a more energetic Vinyasa Flow practice. This short class gets your body loosened up and going in just 45 minutes.
Steady Vinyasa – In this class, you will be guided through poses with a focus on alignment, strength, stability, and flexibility while tuning in to your mind-body connection. We will take the time to connect with our bodies at a steady pace to create a practice that serves us both on and off our mats. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned yogis alike!
Vinyasa Flow – This upbeat and breath-centered class is designed for all levels. Our flowing, vinyasa-style class will connect movement and breath, building up heat in the body. Classes will be designed to be rejuvenating and energizing, leaving you feeling ready to face your day and the world with your best foot forward.
Yin/Steady Vinyasa – In this class, we will ease into our morning with 30 minutes of stretches and holds, then move into 30 minutes of a steady vinyasa flow practice.
Yoga Nidra – Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through the many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. During the Nidra practice you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake.
