Join Alexandra Rodriguez and Sarah Henry every second and fourth Thursday evening in January and February for a 75 minute virtual experience. Each class will begin with a 35 minute Vinyasa Flow and end with a meditative 35 minutes of Yin. We will provide you with a custom playlist at the beginning of class that you can play in the comfort of your home to accompany the instruction of the class. Additionally, we will provide pre-recorded meditations by both Alexandra and Sarah. Here’s to a strong start in 2022!
